For this Surfers Paradise project, our client engaged Room Studio for our tailored ‘Shopping List’ service to transform her Airbnb into a tranquil, Bali-inspired retreat. With a stunning waterfront view as the backdrop, we curated a full furniture and décor package that embraced the coastal setting while staying true to the relaxed, tropical brief. Every piece was thoughtfully selected to reflect the desired aesthetic, meet budget requirements, and ensure prompt delivery - ideal for a high-turnover holiday rental. We also proposed simple yet effective cosmetic upgrades to the kitchen, adding layers of texture and character without committing to major works. The result is a warm and welcoming space that feels like an escape, while being perfectly primed for guests.

As this was a remote project, we ensured the client had everything needed to bring the vision to life with confidence and ease. Alongside the concept designs, we delivered a detailed Furniture & Accessories Schedule, tailored specifically to the apartment and its unique requirements as a short-term rental. The schedule included a clearly itemised budget, lead times, direct shopping links, and thoughtful styling notes for each piece - making the entire process seamless and stress-free, even from afar.
