Brisbane Project - Airbnb Fit-out

Following the success of her Surfers Paradise Airbnb, our client returned to Room Studio to help bring her next short-term rental to life - this time, in a high-end Brisbane apartment tower with sweeping views of the city. For this project, she wanted to explore a refined Colonial Chinese/Singaporean theme that would offer guests a unique and elevated stay. We curated a full furniture and décor package that blended heritage-inspired details with contemporary comfort, carefully balancing visual richness with a light, airy feel suited to the apartment’s modern architecture.

As with our previous collaboration, this was a remote project, so we provided a detailed Furniture & Accessories Schedule to support a smooth and independent installation. The schedule included an itemised budget, delivery timeframes, direct shopping links, and clear styling notes to ensure every piece landed in the right place and told the right story. The result is a sophisticated, character-filled space that celebrates cultural heritage while offering the ease and appeal of a five-star city stay.
